Received my mattress, how do I unpack it?
Congratulations on your new mattress! If you ordered a standard sized mattress with us, you should have received it packed neatly in a box. Unpacking the mattress is very easy! Step 1: Lay the box on its side next to your bed frame. Step 2: Place the rolled up mattress on your bed frame and remove outer plastic cover. Step 3: Unfold the mattress and use the provided cutting tool to carefully remove the inner plastic cover. Step 4: Watch in amazement as your mattress magically expands! Step 5: Lie down, and sleep away your troubles Please note custom sized mattresses are delivered in a flat uncompressed state. You just need to remove the outer covering to start using the mattress.
What using the mattress for a couple of weeks but I don’t feel comfortable. Why is this?
It's highly likely that you've been using a different (non-memory foam/latex) mattress all your life and are using a memory foam and latex based mattress for the first time. Your body needs time to adjust to a new type of mattress and this is why we offer a 100-day trial on all our standard sized mattresses. We recommend that you sleep on the mattress for at least 45-60 days to give your body enough time to adjust to the mattress. You can rest assured knowing that if after an extended usage you do not feel comfortable on the mattress or your body does not get used to it, you can return it to us. No hard feelings. :)
What kind of bed setup or frame do you recommend?
While our mattresses work well with all kinds of bed frame or setup, we recommend that for optimal performance, you use a flat surface with adequate support. For example - • Firm platform base / flat base • Slatted base with unyielding slats thick enough to support the mattress • Traditional box spring with a bunk board (or piece of plywood) on top of box spring (under mattress) • You can also enjoy the mattress on the floor! Our mattress comes with an anti-slip base so you need not worry about the mattress going out of place • Remember - when it comes to a surface to keep your mattress on, firmer and flatter is always better. Sleep tight!
Can Are the mattresses water proof?
No, our mattresses are not waterproof. While our mattresses come with a premium outer cover, they are not waterproof. We recommend that you take care to keep the mattresses safe from water or any liquid spills. A mattress protector is a good way to keep your mattresses safe from dirt as well as liquid spills. You can check out our premium range of mattress protectors here.
How soft or firm are your mattresses?
Our mattresses are made after extensive research and customer feedback. We make our mattresses suitable to the widest range of customer preferences. The mattresses are neither too hard, nor too soft, but offer the right kind of support with comfort.
Why are there multiple layers in your mattress?
While memory foam is very comfortable on its own, it needs to be used with other materials to provide more comfort. A mattress made fully from memory foam would be very soft (because of its shape taking properties) and would sink in too much, not to mention it would be very expensive. So we use a combination of memory foam, polyurethane foam and latex in our mattresses to make sure that the mattress is nether too hard, nor too soft and gives you just the right kind of comfort while not burning a hole in your pocket.

What Is Covered in a Mattress Warranty?
let’s look at problems that are protected, Under most mattress warranties. First we’ll look at recognized defects. Although specific warranty conditions vary, most mattress warranties cover the same general defects. Sagging, or sinking, is the most common mattress defect covered under warranty. Today’s mattresses are designed to retain a firm, comfortable shape for long periods of time. While some sagging will naturally occur after years of use, premature or excessive sagging is often the result of a product defect ? faulty inner foam, in most cases. Mattress warranties will include a specific sagging depth; if the mattress sags below this threshold, then the manufacturer must replace the product free-of-charge. The sagging depth for most mattress warranties is one inch (1), although sagging depth may fall anywhere between half an inch (1/2) and two inches (2). To accurately measure the sagging depth, first stretch a length of string over the entire width of a fully stripped mattress; when the line is taut, use a ruler or tape to measure the distance between the string and the deepest indentation.
How to take care of your mattress?
1. Keep the Mattress Covered with a Protector The advanced foams in our mattresses need to be kept dry. Oils, perspiration, other bodily fluids, food or drink, and just regular humidity can all infiltrate the foams of your mattress and break them down, leading to premature sagging. Having a nice mattress without a protector is like buying a new Smartphone without a case. It’s a silly risk to take with such a large investment. Even a cheap mattress protector will do the job, but the more expensive ones will feel better under the sheets. 2. Rotate your Mattress time to time Rotate your mattress every two months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure. our mattress core allows you to sleep on either side, you should flip-over and sleep on the other side once a while to extend the lifespan of the mattress. 3. Keep the Mattress supported properly Give your mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing or breakage.
