For any Warranty claims , kindly email us at hello@medisleep.co , along with small description of claim , original Purchase Memo copy , Warranty Card scanned copy and with Clear Photos of the mattress . Kindly note that Mattress must not be spoilt or dirty else it will disrupt your claim process. Also there is no warranty for the fabric being used as covering in the mattress.
Our Mattress warranty period are as follows-
Original Mattress- 7 Years Limited warranty
Solace Mattress - 7 Years Limited Warranty
Breeze Mattress - 10 years Limited warranty
Imperial Mattress - 10 years limited warranty.
Once the claim has been verified, the company will, at its own discretion either repair or if a repair is not possible, replace the mattress and will send you the fresh & new mattress.
